This is a hip and stylish long sleeve dress by Liz Roberts. 100% polyester. Dark blue fabric with maroon stars in white circles. Five buttons on the front, pleated skirt section, and an epaulet on each shoulder. Very cool shape to this dress. It's in amazing shape with years of life left! The tag says size 12, but here are the exact measurements. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
