Here is a great looking long sleeve, button down shirt by Arrow Sportswear. 65% poly, 35% cotton. Vibrant plaid in blue, green, white, and red. Seven button front, two on each cuff, and a pocket on each breast. Super soft and comfy, in excellent shape with years of life left! The tag says Medium, but here are the measurements.
