Vintage 1970’s Parisian velvet mini dress by Leonard Fashion Paris. A very rare, collectible, designer piece with beautiful orange and purple colors. It’s labeled size 3 but has lots of stretch and could fit someone who is a size medium or large. Long sleeve and features a back zipper; excellent condition.
