Doesn't get sexier than this. Hard to locate Robert Claude leather wrapped frames.
Nerd out with me: Created by Bobby Rege of Lunettes Rege Paris, these frames were made at TannerEye on Prince Edward Island in Canada - early 80s.
The leather was treated with a proprietary process that allowed the leather to resist makeup transfer, etc.
This process had only been utilized for eyewear once before, for Ralph Lauren and the advent of Polo.

Unworn deadstock/NOS in fantastic vintage condition. Very hard to locate and from my personal collection.

Frame: cognac leather pops. Handsewn cognac leather is completely intact and has been thoughtfully conditioned.
Leather may show some markings/light scuffing and/or patina, to be expected and only adds to the awesomeness.
Hardware: is intact: no verdegris/oxidation, with just the right amount of vintage patina. Barrel hinges are tight.
Hand tinted brown CR 39 lenses are new!

These frames are at least 30 years old and it is typical to require slight adjustments on any frame to fit any individual closer to perfect, handled by your eyecare professional.
