Vintage Judith Ann Plus 2pc Outfit with Sequins on jacket. The solid black parts feel and look like leather, but I am not sure - see one of the last photos for the inside of the skirt. If it is not leather, it is a high-quality synthetic that definitely imitates leather. I believe it is a Size 2X (18-20) based on other clothing I bought from the same estate, but measurements are in photos. I’m guessing this is from the 1980s. In good vintage condition - I don’t really see any damage except one small kind of shiny spot on the front of the skirt. Not terribly noticeable in my opinion though.
