Vintage jewelry box "Idand Painted" by Earl Bernard Japan. The box is primarily painted in a warm (yellowish) beige. The inside of the lid has a mirror. Removable tray with additional storage underneath. Beautiful red velvet lining. The lining is in great condition--clean. The box has beautifully painted keys throughout. The box has some damage to the edges, the lacquer and paint. It's not in perfect condition, but it is still a really beautiful box with a great design. NOTE: it has a slight smell from being store for a long time. The smell might come out with a charcoal pouch or coffee beans.
