Vintage Jeweled Hat - I believe the color could be neutral ivory (not yellow in tone). Like unbleached linen. Nice cello ribbon and jewel accent.
Hat is 20. 5" on inside so will sit high atop the head. Approx 2. 5" high. Measures 7" front to back.
Flaws - the jewel accent is missing one stone. Mild discoloration on inside grosgrain ribbon.
