Vintage 1980s jewel-toned velvet patchwork and leather belt by Elite belts of Fresno, CA. Black, navy blue, and burgundy velvet patches with exposed stitching. Braided velvet edge. The rich jewel tones mixed with the velvet material give it a very vintage luxe feeling. In NWOT condition--not sure this was ever worn.
