Vintage navy blue with silver accents and gold chain strap bag by Jane Shilton. Can be used as a clutch with the strap tucked in or with the strap used it can be a shoulder bag. Vintage from about the 60s/70s to the best of my knowledge. Has some wear on the outside corners, and some staining on the flap when opened...I rescue old purses and hope that they find a new home with someone who appreciates them. I hope that's you!
