Fabric is 100% polyester and is strong and sturdy. Colors of vibrant. Gathering at the neckline with a tie front. Tie it or leave it untied for a Vneck.

Raglan sleeves give no true shoulder and full flowing flutter cap sleeves.

There are belt loops but no belt. I added a ribbon to show what it would look like with a defined waist. Request the ribbon at purchase if you want it.
