This darling little number is made of blue velvet with a ring of white and light brown feathers around the band and blue netting that drapes down over the face. It’s in super condition, with no rips or holes in the netting and only light wear to the velvet. The feathers also are in good shape.

There’s a cute detail on the back of the band—a blue velvet rectangle set at an angle.

The hat is 16 ½” on the inside. The netting drapes about 6 ½” over the face in the front.

It is from the 1950s or 1960s.
