Fun handmade tiered circle skirt with a vibrant pattern of cowboys and horses and an elastic waist. It's in good condition but because it's handmade the seams are a little wonky especially around the waist. I tried to show that in a few of the images. It isn't necessarily noticeable when the skirt is worn. It's unlined. It appears to be a cotton/polyester blend. The waist is 21" when the elastic isn't stretched at all, but it can stretch to a much larger waist size. The length of the skirt from waistband to hem is 18" and the hip width is up to 46".
