Brooch has wear and looks like it was well loved.
The top layer of petal is smooth with some wear. Because they are shinny they pick up and reflect the surrounding colors somewhat so it's hard to get a good picture. The 2nd layer of petal has a textured gold tone finish with no reflection so you just see the gold color.
