Vintage 60s Girls Plaid Sleeveless Dress in Black White and Gray
No size tag! 14" across chest, 10. 5" across waist, 11" bodice, 29" long. Shown on 6 year old.
Four clear back buttons. Material feels thin like acetate, not stretchy. Not silky like nylon. Sash for waist. White bow at neck will be sent along, can be pinned in place, not a soft material so perhaps you'll want to find a nice chiffon material to replace it, though this material does hold the bow shape very well!
Flaws: Light seam stress on seams coming up from waist - last closeup. Stitch marks scattered through skirt, in short horizontal lines, not sure why someone would try to shorten but these are hem stitches. 3 closeup photos - there also a grayish mark in the area of the stitch marks visible in gray block on 1st closeup. The stitch marks in the second to last photo show mild horizontal fray as well, someone really got carried away on their sewing machine. BUT the dress is sturdy despite this, and being a full skirt/busy plaid I do not find these eye catching. Photographs beautifully!
