Here is a gorgeous formal gown by Mike Benet Formals, made in the USA. Delicate white lacy top over red waist section, and black dress. Sheer black tulle underneath for added dimension in the dress section. There is one small hole in the very bottom of the dress section. It appears that someone stepped on it in heels and ripped it a bit. It's minor, and very hard to see, but it's there. This thing is fantastic and would make a striking dress for that formal dinner, prom, etc. Here are the exact measurements. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
