This top is two separate pieces. The under piece is a long sleeve top with back zip closure.
Top layer has a single back button closure at the neckline and doesn't have defined sleeves.
Previously owned, has a discoloration on the sleeve, which also has a couple of small snag holes as shown.
No size tag, measured laid flat. Made by a lifelong seamstress.
