This beautiful Fire-King peach lusterware pie plate is 9” around from rim to rim (8 ¾” actual baking space) and 1 ¼” deep. The exterior glaze is a lovely iridescent peach-gold color.

It is in super vintage condition, with only a few tiny black specks on the bottom and irregularities and smudges in the finish that would have occurred during the production process. I don’t see any scratches.

Marked “460 T. M. Reg Fire-King 2 Made in U. S. A. 9 In 0.”

It is not recommended that lusterware be put in a dishwasher because the finish can dull or wear off.

Fire-King began producing peach lusterware in the 1940s but I don’t know exactly how old this piece is. It could be from as late as the 1970s.
