♥ Zips in the back. Scoop neckline with ruffles!
♥ Sweet puff sleeves!
♥ Fitted waist, with box pleats on the skirt.
♥ Gorgeous bright & bold rainbow floral bouqet, all over print, with a flower & stripe border on the skirt hem! So sweet!
♥ In great condition! Overlay is a light cotton muslin I believe. Dress is lined with a white layer, which has a few minor tan stains near hem (see last photo).
