Vintage Early 1980's BILL BLASS Kelly Green Silk Chiffon Ruffled Gown!

Features:

- ruffled high neck collar
- fluid ruffles move beautifully; cascading down from neck along the tops of the sleeves all the way down to the wrists
- sheer, fitted, tapered sleeves
- draped chiffon from the gathered neckline, that flows down to the floor in a straight sheath shape
- ruffle-adorned slit up front for ease of movement and to show some leg!
- lined in matching Kelly green silky acetate (feels softer and thinner than regular acetate; could be a blend of silk and acetate)
- lining is backless, so the back is completely sheer with a slit going down
- invisible nylon zipper on back of skirt with 2 fabric covered buttons and loops behind neck for closure
