Nipped in waist with matching fuchsia satin ribbon waistband with decorative bow that snaps in back.
Full, flowing circle skirt; abundant with the same accordion pleated treatment as the top.
Flouncy hem; all edges are ruffled and delicately rolled and sewn.
Back metal zipper with hook and eye.
Fully lined in matching fuchsia acetate.
