When I first saw this dress I had a real 1940s vibe.

Fitted bodice with gathering under the bust and an attached tie that can go simply and tie in back or wrap the waist and tie in front.

Short puffy sleeves.

The star of the dress is the pretty and sheer lace panel at the front and on each shoulder.

Too cute.

Slim cut through the torso and empire waist then flared cut from there.

Excellent condition. Some light fade on the shoulder. see last pic.
