Such a wellmade, highend set:
cotton corduroy fully lined with boning and interior grosgrain cinch waistband. That sweetheart neckline and ruched princess seams!
Bolero has padded shoulders, puff sleeves, and braided satin piping.

Dress:
32” across top seam some front bust cup room below that;
28” waist;
40” hip;
30” long along side seam;

Bolero:
15. 5” measured from back across shoulders;
8. 5” long sleeves;
12” long from back center neckline.

Murray Arbeid was a British fashion designer, known for his evening wear, and whose clients included Princess Diana. I don’t see many of his pieces for sale online, and certainly none like this more casual, youthful playful ensemble.
