Casual western tiered circle skirt made of 100% cotton denim chambray with an elastic waist. The fabric has a worn and faded quality the appears to be part of the design, although some of it might be from wear and washing. The tag lists the size as Medium. The waist is 22" when the elastic is not stretched at all, but it can stretch to a much a larger waist size. The skirt is 19. 5" from waistband to hem and the hip width can accommodate up to 50".
