In the words from the designer himself...this shirt is meant to "put a smile on your face, to liberate your soul, and enlighten your senses'. This retro 1000% cotton tee has a shrunken baby-tee fit and features a beautiful allover tie-dye wash with the predominant shades being blue, purple, and off-white. It was hand made in India in the 90s and is a great example of a designer, handmade casual t-shirt. It's a super easy piece to throw on with any ensemble for an instant pop of color. The original Paul M. Ropp labels are inside and the sizing is noted as "FREE SIZE", however it fits a modern day XS - S best and would be very snug on a M.
About the designer: Paul Ropp is an eclectic artists and one of the main actors of the 60’s movement. Paul’s muse is Nature and the crazy, unpredictable yet deeply engulfing streets of Asia, India, and Bali in particular. Paul saw the beauty in the people, the music and the dancing that surrounded him during the 70’s and walked away with a true vision to create clothes that are not only wearable but “magnificent heirloom treasures”. Paul aims to encapsulate a rich biodiversity of culture and skill.
