This is beautiful vintage Christmas tablecloth has red poinsettias with yellow centers and green leaves among candles with yellow flames surrounded by greenery, and a ribbon garland along the border. It is 82“ x 62“.

The colors have faded some over the years but are still strong. There are 2 rips along one selvaged edge, one a little over ¾” long and ¼” wide and the other a little over ¾” long and ½” wide. There is a hole about 1 ½” in from the other selvaged edge. There is a small hole about to start (it has broken through yet) near a poinsettia leaf.

There are also a few slubs in the cloth and specks of misplaced dye that would have occurred during the production process (common with these tablecloths).

It has 2 hemmed, 2 selvaged sides. The tag says it’s rayon but I believe it’s a cotton rayon blend.

It is likely from the 1960s. It has a California Handprints tag.

Wrinkles as seen in the photos are due to my apparent ineptitude with an iron.
