Here is a handsome long sleeve button down shirt by JC Penney Towncraft. Feels like all polyester. Wonderful striped pattern of dark blue on white. Seven button front, two on each cuff, pocket on the left breast. Fairly sheer and lightweight. This shirt is in amazing shape with years of life left! Tag says 14 1/2 - 32, but here are the measurements. (please refer to last photo to see how I measure men's shirts)
