BoHo meets 70's hot mama in these vintage mahogany red leather shell-style mules...
These fabulous high heeled shoes come in a deep red leather exterior and insole. The peep-toe style vamp of the shoe features a scalloped shape for a shell (or butterfly wing?) effect with cream colored top-stitching. Inside of lining of vamp is a beige leather with super polished-smooth finish. The very base and heels of these are constructed of a variegated stripe wood -so beautiful with its alternating light and darker tones!! Maker of shoes is unknown, they are only marked 'Thom Brown shoes, size 6' (the shop they were likely sold at, I found after some research. My best guess is that they may be Brazilian-made). Overall condition is excellent, and super strong, ready for wear with some minor cosmetic issues; the cream stitching has bled and stained the leather slightly, mild scuffing to surface of leather, some chipping at upper area of wooden heel and mild pitting/wear to heel tips -for extended life of these shoes, I suggest the wearer have a shoe shop sole and re-heel tip them.
Measurements:
- marked size 6
- 4" heel height
- just under 7.25" from tip of toe at under sole to heel tip
- 3" width at widest part of undersole
