Here is a playful yet elegant short sleeve dress by Just Ducky. Actually, I guess it's more of a 3/4 length sleeve. It was made in the USA. It's 100% polyester. It's a rich navy blue, with white polka dots. It also has 3 white buttons on each shoulder, and a keyhole one button closure on the back. Classic and fun! The tag says size 12, but here are the exact measurements. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
