Black and White Vintage Hat with Cello Straw Brim - Has Union Tag inside (United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers) Black velvet bow accent.
Brim measures 11" across. Interior is approx 21. 5" around so on some this will pull down over the forehead. Approx 4. 5" tall.
To my eye the design is an abstract floral, but could be considered random. Hat is in nice condition with no flaws noted.
