The belt is a stretchy black elastic waist cincher with swallow clasp. We're not sure how old it is, there was so much tarnish on the birds that we thought it may be old but the marks indicates otherwise ( we suspect it's from the 90's). It measures 28” unstretched and can stretch over 40” and It’s 2” wide. We've cleaned the metal birds to reveal they’re a brass color. The belt is in excellent vintage condition despite the birds looking a bit worn.
