It's an 80's dress that looks like it came out of the 40's.
3/4 length sleeves with 40's cuffs
Attached middle sash that is layered around waist.
This fabric has stretch as well as the top of dress.
V neck with a wide collar .
Full pleated skirt. Underneath skirt is an attached ship with netting to make the skirt full.
Black is such a hard color to photograph, so the last photo I lightened it up so you can see more details.
Very small removable shoulder pads.
