Vintage 1990s Laundry Shelli Segal white ruffle blouse, gorgeous sheer, sleeveless full gathered ruffles bodice and ties in the back. This would look great by itself or under a blazer or jacket. It's frilly and has a romantic old world style. In excellent condition. This vintage blouse is very hard to find.
It says size 8, but I think it could fit bigger, poss even to a 12 but please see the measurements below:
