1990s Metal Sequent Belt with Large Round Buckle.

Silver toned metal. Stamped heart like pattern. Round buckle with rectangular scales. Black Elastic backing. Excellent condition except one “scale” lost the hook on one side that keeps it on the elastic. Wearable as is or you can stitch the scale in place.
