90s Does 40s Blue and Cream Midi Dress Yoked Waist Vintage by Nicole Miller.

Rayon or blend. Dark blue with cream abstract splatter print. Half sleeves. V-neck and V shaped yoke at waist. Early 90's does 40's hostes dress. Soutache detail at shoulders. Fabric shoulder pads (flat). Hidden zipper at back, does not come all the way up to the neck. Good Used Condition - no signs of wear except 2 small holes near hem, see images.
