Very fun vintage 90’s women's vest by Effeci that is size S (small) and the material is 100% cotton under the sequins, despite its satin feel.
The back is solid black with a tie to make it tighter and the front is covered with festive black, gold, and silver sequins in geometric shapes.
It is in good condition and hand washable in cold water.
Can be used for a costume or just for someone who likes the stand out and shine!
