1990’s fit and flare dress.Measures 36” through the bust, 26” at the waist, and full through the hips. Length varies depending on where you tie the halter in back; I’m 5’ 4” and when tied short enough for me it’s 56” to the longest point .Hem is pointed in front and back. Fabric is soft polyester velvet with full lining. Has a care tag, no maker’s label. Knotted fringe and full crpe lining, a well made dress. Very Stevie Nicks. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are deep purple and beige.
