Vintage Spring 1996 Betsy Johnson bias cut floral long dress. 90s does 30s glamour. The front is a slip dress style and has ties that wrap in the back that tie into a bow. Really beautiful back design and also adjustable. 100% rayon. Made in the USA. Excellent condition, no issues. Tagged a size 10 but check measurements. This can easily fit up to a size 12.
