Gorgeous vintage 1980's romantic pale pink chiffon dress by designer Victor Costa. This dress features a dramatic ruffled collar, deep V neckline, sheer cuffed bishop sleeves, a heavily gathered elastic waist, and button front. The dress came with a wide sage green ribbon sash, while I'm not sure if it's original to the dress, it's being sold together.
