Vintage 1980’s slinky knit black gathered wiggle / party dress with the most amazing layers of tulle and satin ribbon puff sleeves by Nadine. Fully lined (woven), center back zipper and hook closure, slinky knit exterior with loads of gathering / ruching, tulle and satin trim sleeves.

Marked a vintage size 9.
