This outfit is SO 1980's!! The print is a bright pink leopard with splashes of neon yellow and green. The blouse is almost sleeveless, and has a mini peplum at the bottom. The skirt has an elastic waist, but the elastic is wearing a bit and may need to be replaced or reinforced.
