80s royal blue (almost purple) blouse. metallic gold threads, bows, flower appliques, rhinestones, and sequins on the shoulders. has buttons but does not unbutton all the way because of the elastic banded bottom. cuffed elastic sleeves with the ability to be rolled up. shoulder pads have been removed. 100% silk.
