Vintage 1980s white soft poly (feels like silk) micro pleated cocktail dress. Illusion neckline with beading and prong set rhinestones. Short puffed sleeves with shoulder pads. Matching beaded belt closes with velcro at the back. Lettuce hem. Zips up the back.
