This top is spectacular with the fringe sequins and beading, all in a bright blue. The deep v neck is very sexy and the loose blousy look with an elastic waist, and would be great with some skinny leather pants or skirt! There is some color coming off of the sequins, as seen in the photos, but in the light you cannot even notice in the mix with all the sequins.
