This top is classic 1980s Laurence Kazar in all its beaded glory. As a brand, Kazar made a name for itself creating clothing that became the zeitgeist of an era. This top is crafted from rich cobalt silk, with black beading all-over in a swirling formation. The embellishment is varied, and quite intricate! The irregularly scalloped border comes to a V at the center, creating a flattering lengthening effect. The dropped armhole creates a sort of wing sleeve. There are shoulder pads, which easily could be removed if you wish. Closes in the back with a zipper and hook/eye. 100% silk.
