This dress is a really unique take on a floral print. set against a black background this floral appears to have been made from a "needle point" technique or upholstery fabric - just the print, not the texture. This is a flat, untextured cotton. Rich tones of yellow, orange, pink, green and periwinkle blue is so striking against the black. The V neckline is trimmed in black ribbon strips.
