Vintage 1980s midi dress by Joanie Char. Black polished cotton with a pink , red, purple and teal rose print. Buttons up the back. Drop waist with a pleated skirt. Hemline sits just below the knees.
Pleated puffy shoulders with shoulder pads. Scoop neck. 3/4 length sleeves.
Excellent vintage condition. No noted flaws. Minimal wear.
