This is a super cute 1940s inspired dress from the 1980s. It is a silky polyester knit fabric. It has no closures and just pulls over your head. It has an elastic waist. It has 1/8” shoulder pads. It comes with a shiny black belt. I just noticed the belt says 10 on the back side so it may not be original to the dress. It looks super cute with it though! The belt will fit a waist between 28-31”. It has 5 hole options.
