Vintage 1980s hand painted silk blazer by Irene Tsu. She was a Chinese-American actress who dated Frank Sinatra and started her own line of hand painted silk garments in the 70s. Shoulder pads, single button closure, patch pockets, unlined. Excellent vintage condition, one faint mark on left arm. Oversized fit, best for a M/L.
