Italian Handblown Glass Horse Christmas Ornament

This fabulous Christmas ornament was handblown in Italy.

The horse base is white.

The entire horse was hand-painted.

The mane is black with gold glitter designs.

The face has hand-painted red blinders.

The saddle is hand-painted in a solid deep red with white dots going all around it. Then a red drape boarder with a little gold glitter.

Underneath the saddle is a blue wave on each side.

Red line continues down each side for a strap that is painted at the horse’s belly.

Surrounding the saddle are gold glitter lines.

Hoofs are painted red.

The tail of the horse are multi yarn tail.

On back of horse is a silver metal ornament cap with silver metal hoop.

Approximate Measurements Laid Flat:
Width: 4”
Height: 4”

Condition:
Due to age, there is gold glitter missing.
By the tail, there is paint missing.
There are a few other places that have bits of paint missing (see photos).
Would not be noticed when hanging from a tree.

One side near the tail has some red marks (see last photo).
