Vintage 1980's Green iridescent Acetate/Taffeta Party Dress. Bodice front and back has gorgeous scalloped details. Puff Tulip sleeves with scalloped cuff. Drop waist with decorative bow (easily removed and repurposed). The layer of green fabric is asymmetrical and scalloped over a layer of black tulle. There is another layer of green fabric for the skirt under the tulle.
